Found is amazing!! I love them and trust them unequivocally with my dog!! I have a 1 year old pitt mix who is very spicy. They have known how to work with her since day 1! Gecko did 6 weeks of pup start + (for obedience and socialization), then has done daycare 2x a week since. She just finished her 2 week board and train, specifically targeting her reactivity. Her impulsivity and reactivity have improved so much thanks to her people at Found! Special shoutout to Mariah & Hannah at pupstart+ & Julianna at Found. Thank you so much for helping Gecko and I!! We love yall!

Thank you, Found! I sent my rescue pup, Stevie to Found’s board and train adventure dog program. I researched and met with a few places and am so glad I chose Found! I was hesistant to use E Collar and Prong collars but the staff’s explanation to me and the way they introduce the dog to the equipment is truly so educational and helpful. Stevie was right about 6 months so still very much a puppy. The staff took such great care of her and truly went above and beyond to get her adjusted to the program. Everyone we worked with was amazing but special shout outs to Ana and Joselyne— her main trainers! Ana even asked if Stevie could spend one weekend at her home when she was having some stomach issues. The program sends videos and photos and I could tell Stevie was not only learning a lot but having so much fun. When I first got Stevie from the rescue we struggled communicating with each other and when she was done with the program I was equipped with the tools and resources to communicate effectively with her. She now is able to walk on leash so well and listen to what I ask of her. She was socialized so now can even go on pack walks while I am at work. The program truly changed Stevie’s behavior for the better but she’s still the same goofy fun loving dog that I rescued. Would not hesitate to send another dog here and Stevie and I will be back for further training and group classes. Thank you!

We owe our sanity to Found Chicago B&T Center, and (in particular) to Anna Guzman!! We brought our 9 month Lagotto, Auggie, to Found in the hopes of getting help to better understand our dog and to help us establish a routine for him and our family. Before Auggie began the Rehab program at Found, he was stubborn, demanding, terrified of outside noises, skittish on walks, under-socialized, and was chewing on anything and everything he could get his mouth on. After completing the program, he is a much more confident dog! He is no longer afraid of outside noises. He responds quickly to correction, and he is eager to continue his training. Of course, his personality hasn't changed. He is still stubborn and demanding, BUT he is more eager to please and obey! The most important thing is that Anna trained us, as well :) We had no idea how to create a calm and consistent environment where Auggie could thrive. She has helped us see that our efforts and consistency are 3/4 of the battle! We were very apprehensive about leaving Auggie at the facility for 4 weeks. It was gut-wrenching for our family. But we quickly felt at ease as we received daily report cards and videos of Auggie's training and his playtime! He was clearly thriving there. There was not one moment where we worried that the trainers at Found weren't caring for Auggie the way we would! We plan to continue Auggie's training with Found and with Anna. She is the BEST!!!

I can’t say enough good things about Pup Start and Found Training…especially Jen Smith who is just fabulous. My puppy Frances has been through Puppy Imprinting (a life saver!) and Pup Start ( terrific!) with Jen. The whole team is wonderful with all the dogs and owners. The training experience was incredible and the ongoing support is so appreciated. I’ve utilized other very reputable training centers in Chicago and The Pup Start Program at Found is a standout. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I have a happy, well behaved and trained pup. Thank you Jen and team!

We enrolled our golden retriever puppy, Brandy, in the Pupstart 6-week Program, and I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions we've made for her and us! From the very first session, the trainers (Jen & all the lovely ladies who worked with her) were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and clearly passionate about what they do. They created a safe, fun, and structured environment that helped her build confidence and learn essential skills. We loved seeing how much Brandy fell in love with the trainers (and vice versa!). The positive reinforcement techniques were gentle yet effective, and we saw noticeable improvements in her behavior and responsiveness. She went from a playful whirlwind to a well-mannered companion who still has all her joyful energy, just with better boundaries. We liked getting to follow along with daily videos of the group puppy play time and mingling with other puppy parents each week at parent classes. We now have a happy, well-adjusted girl who loves learning and is eager to please. If you're looking for a foundational program that sets your puppy up for success, Pupstart is the way to go. We’re so grateful for the experience and our red goldie girl is too!
