Excellent Gym. Best Authentic MT Gym in the Twin Cities, hands down. Rick is an awesome trainer though! I loved training there for the short time being there, but I didn’t enjoy the vibes of the two women who trains there. They were pretty obnoxious and judgmental. I wore my Jesus is King shirt and they suddenly talked bad about my faith. I ignored them but I could tell it was on purpose. I take and practice my faith out daily seriously so it was annoying to hear despite being humble through it. I had an incident with one of them. She tried to say that I did it on purpose and “too hard”, which wasn’t true. I then apologized because I felt bad… As I came over, I heard one of them whispering to each other “ignore him”. I never really came back after a few sessions after that. Love the gym though, just not the vibes of those two. Never had to deal with ppl like that in a MT gym before. Maybe it’s just a MN thing.

Great gym and family like environment, I’m currently living and fighting professionally in Thailand, and a big part of that is credited by training at Free Spirit Muay Thai.
