Rick is a very friendly and sweet older gentleman that will fix your computer, in a reasonable amount of time for a reasonable fee. He works from his home, so there's no overhead. If he doesn't initially know what the problem is, he'll figure it out, and you will be satisfied and happy with the result. If you are experiencing unidentified issues with your computer, or you know what the issue is, but you don't know how to remedy it, take it to Rick. You won't be sorry!

I can't recommend Rick highly enough. Friendly, fast, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced! Where else can you find all that? After dealing with a broken laptop hinge for years, I finally found Rick on Google. He replaced the hinge/laptop lid so quickly, it made me wish I'd found him years sooner! And it's not an easy repair... more like surgery. But with the fix, a cleaning, and new thermal paste, Rick has made my laptop better than new. I wish I'd found him four years ago!

I've known Rick Hill owner of Freelance Computers for over 10 years now and consider myself extremely fortunate to have found him. Rick is the most knowlwedgeble computer specialist that I have ever met. Beyond that he is extremely personable and easy to work with. Rick knows both the hardware and software side of PC's with exceptional skill. He has repaired and /or replaced several generations of PC's for me over the years. This service includes copying all personal folders, apps and files over from the old system to the new one. He provides a truly seamless swap over experience When he installs the new system in your home he explains in laymen's terms exactly everything that he did, how the new system functions, and answers every question you can think of. I whole heartedly endorse Rick Hill for all of your computer needs. Simply the best choice you could possibly make when it comes to technical support of your PC. Jim Rafferty - Chandler

Rick blew me away with his aptitude, experience, and proficiency with computers. He was able to quickly diagnose and fix my laptop when it was completely non-functioning, replacing the hard drive AND recovering all my data off the broken one, successfully transferring it back onto the new one. I was really prepared to call it all a loss, but he made it better than new! He is very reasonably priced, as well. Thanks to Rick, this huge issue turned into a win/win for me. I would recommend him to everyone! Thanks, Rick!
