Mr. Hill did a wonderful job in checking my laptop for viruses and what I needed done to make my laptop run more efficiently for me. Got rid of unnecessary apps, etc. He is very personable and has many years experience in what he does. I will definitely call on him again whenever necessary. Thank you for all your help!

Rick is a very friendly and sweet older gentleman that will fix your computer, in a reasonable amount of time for a reasonable fee. He works from his home, so there's no overhead. If he doesn't initially know what the problem is, he'll figure it out, and you will be satisfied and happy with the result. If you are experiencing unidentified issues with your computer, or you know what the issue is, but you don't know how to remedy it, take it to Rick. You won't be sorry!

I can't recommend Rick highly enough. Friendly, fast, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced! Where else can you find all that? After dealing with a broken laptop hinge for years, I finally found Rick on Google. He replaced the hinge/laptop lid so quickly, it made me wish I'd found him years sooner! And it's not an easy repair... more like surgery. But with the fix, a cleaning, and new thermal paste, Rick has made my laptop better than new. I wish I'd found him four years ago!

Rick blew me away with his aptitude, experience, and proficiency with computers. He was able to quickly diagnose and fix my laptop when it was completely non-functioning, replacing the hard drive AND recovering all my data off the broken one, successfully transferring it back onto the new one. I was really prepared to call it all a loss, but he made it better than new! He is very reasonably priced, as well. Thanks to Rick, this huge issue turned into a win/win for me.
