I finally made it to Fridays Pilates — Downtown location, and this studio is truly a vibe. The space is gorgeous with floor-to-ceiling windows, beautiful natural light, and a live potted tree that adds such a calming, elevated touch to the room. The reformers and equipment are pristine, the atmosphere feels modern and inviting, and the staff is genuinely warm. Huge shoutout to Kaitlyn, an incredible instructor whose class was equal parts challenging and energizing—she definitely kicked my ass in the best possible way. This downtown gem is officially added to my Pilates rotation.
I started coming to this Pilates studio back in January, and honestly, I was a little intimidated at first. My very class was with Eva and she was so kind and really set the tone for the welcoming atmosphere I still experience nearly 7 months later. The space itself is super trendy and taking classes quickly became a part of my weekly routine. The instructors are fantastic: they know how to motivate you to work hard while also celebrating the fact that you showed up, which I really appreciate. There's a great variety of class times and instructors, so it's easy to find something that works with my schedule and keeps things fresh. Overall, an amazing experience and I'm so glad I gave it a shot!
I really enjoy coming to Friday Pilates! I was really nervous to get started but it's a great place to get started as a beginner. It can be challenging but also a great place to push yourself. The instructors are very welcoming as well. I genuinely appreciate how nice everyone is, which goes a long way in group classes. Highly recommend!
I love coming to this location. When I started I was 240lbs, but then I started doing Pilates and I lost 47 lbs. they make you feel welcomed. I was so shy to go at first but they welcome you, help you and make you feel apart of the community. My favorite is Jilian. She made me feel cared about and made me feel like I matter! Thank you for accepting everyone 💖
Fr!day is the cutest little studio to get a good burn and create some core memories.
