Sweathouse has become a staple in my work out schedule several times a week. Can’t be without it! Dinora and Gabo, the owners are two of the kindest people you will ever meet. We all have our favorites and mine is Briana Gee. She is a seasoned instructor through and through. Her boxing and HouseWRX classes are well structured, perfectly cued movements, fun and challenging. Most importantly, it’s always time well spent in her class. Those are my two main classes. Occasionally I will drop into a Barre class which are also always great! Lianna’s 8:00 Saturday boxing class is usually waitlisted but when I get in, it’s always a great vibe and fun energy. I HIGHLY recommend!!
The owners are just the absolute best! Always a vibe ! My favorite class is box 360 but you’ll find a plethora of offerings here , loud music and fun instructors. Parking can be tight sometimes , I recommend arriving early .
Probably my favorite fitness studio right now.. I love how the place feels when you walk in. If you ever want to try barre, I highly recommend trying it here first! The staff are all very sweet and professional. Something about the little details of the place and your workout class makes it feel like home and amazing! I look forward to all of my weekly barre and mat pilates classes here.
My new workout obsession! Super friendly staff and fun, effective workouts. One of the things I like best about Sweat House is that I can get a lot of different boutique-type fitness workouts in under one membership. I started out with the barre classes and then added Box 360, yoga sculpt, and Yin yoga. I look forward to trying even more of their classes! Highly recommended.
I absolutely love SweatHouse! The owners and staff are incredibly kind and welcoming, which makes such a difference. The classes are challenging in the best way—I’ve taken barre and mat Pilates and always leave feeling stronger and more energized. While I’ve only tried those two, I’ve heard amazing things about the other classes as well. It’s such a positive and empowering place—I can’t recommend it enough!
