I love coming to Sweat House! They have a variety of classes at numerous times so there is something for everyone. Everyone is so welcoming whether it’s the trainers or the people who take the classes with you. The classes are accommodating to all fitness levels. Highly recommend!

Absolutely love working out at Sweat House! From the moment you walk in, the energy is unmatched. The FAM at Sweat house is AMAZING super motivating & they truly push you to be your best while still making every class fun. Also let’s not talk about the cold refreshing towels you receive after your workout that I very much love & look forward to after each class! I love the variety of classes they offer too whether it’s Boxing to get out stress, Barre for that burn, Pilates for strength & control, or HouseWRK classes that keep things upbeat & exciting. There’s something for every mood & goal. The atmosphere is welcoming, the workouts are effective, & you always leave feeling stronger & accomplished. Highly recommend to anyone looking to level up their fitness journey! 💪✨

I love the sweat house! Everyone is so welcoming! They are also very accommodating if someone has certain medical limitations and offer many different options for exercising. As a busy person, this is the perfect place to get a quick work out (or two!) in.
