Clean! Small but very functional with just about anything you might need. Pleasant staff and friendly patrons. We went here as guests from out of town, and I wish this was my regular gym.

If you’re looking for a gym that is clean, bright, well taken care of, fully equipped, safe, and packed with thoughtful extras you don’t see at most gyms, this is the place. The moment you walk in, you meet Melissa. And if you’re wondering who Melissa is, trust me, you’ll know right away. She greets you with a big smile and an attitude so upbeat and genuine that it lifts your energy on the spot. If you weren’t ready to work out, you will be after talking to her. They also have a physical therapist on site, which is almost unheard of in a gym setting. Whether you need an adjustment, a check-in, or advice, it’s all in-house and incredibly convenient. Another major plus is the shower amenities. They provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and towels, which makes life so much easier, especially if you travel or forget something. They’ve already thought of it. And the people here are outstanding. Every member and staff person I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and courteous. The atmosphere is positive, uplifting, and supportive from the moment you walk in. I travel 350 days a year and had literally just arrived in Tucson from Las Vegas when I stopped in. This gym was the perfect way to kick off the Tucson leg of my trip, and I’m genuinely grateful for the experience. Thank you to the entire team.
