After contacting two other pest controllers ( one who had retired and another who didn’t even reply) , Richard very quickly responded and was available to come out and deal with a hornets nest in an elderly neighbours garden, looked too big and nasty to deal with ourselves. He was very friendly and efficient , I received a text message telling me when he was on his way which was really useful. He wore protective clothing, sprayed and removed the nest and took it away. I didn’t like destroying a nest but needs must, especially when the elderly or children are nearby. I would definitely recommend him for wasp and hornet nest removal.

We noticed pigeons beginning to nest underneath our solar panels so called Fur and Feather Pest Control in Nailsea. Richard responded promptly and provided an acceptable quote to install proofing on our panels. The work was undertaken efficiently the very next day. We received good advice and are pleased with the result. We won't hesitate to use Fur & Feather if we have any other issues.
