We had Furniture and Repairs refinish a chest of drawers and a nightstand from the early 1960s that had extensive water damage on the top where most of the finish was actually missing. Both these pieces are solid hardwood, so I was reluctant to replace them. Furniture and Repairs did a beautiful job refinishing them for a reasonable price! Both pieces actually look better than I remember them looking when they were new! These days its really hard to get good solid hardwood furniture, so it was well worth it to have these pieces refinished. We will definitely use them again.

I contacted Furniture and Repairs to help fit our oversized Arhaus sectional sofa into our apartment. When we moved in our sofa would not fit into our apartment. It was not something we expected and had no idea what to do about it. F&R was able to have a technician assess the sofa and quoted me a very reasonable price to disassemble the sofa and reassemble it once it was in our apartment. This did require that the wood frame of the sofa be cut to fit it in and reassembled. However, once it was reassembled it looked exactly as it did before and was put back together in a very sturdy way. I was very impressed with their work and everyone I dealt with was very kind. I would definitely recommend them for any furniture needs.
