As a result of wood rot there were a somewhat large number of repairs that needed to be made to a pair of wood exterior door staircases and landings of my house under a very tight deadline Raul was prompt in his response to my inquiry, and his associate Silvano did amazing work under difficult conditions to replace 10 balusters, and repair and brace a staircase support beam, all of which had been damaged by wood rot. He got the work done in time for the house painters, and even tackled replacing a window sill in the front of my house that the painters discovered also had wood rot literally minutes before he arrived. The repairs were done professionally, and knowing that I was in a bind, Raul was even flexible on the initial quote. Good communication, excellent work, and a reasonable price...I'll most certainly turn to The Affordable & Licensed Handyman for future projects.
