We moved here from the East Coast. I chose to bring a couple of pieces of antique family furniture, and all were badly damaged upon arrival. They scheduled us quickly; we received an estimate almost immediately; and the pieces, beautifully restored, were back home with us in a pretty quick turnaround time. Everyone was very friendly; plus, our doggo really liked Don (and poochy can be very choosy - so that says a lot about Don...). Highly recommend.

These professionals do an outstanding job. Their work is top-notch and may well be the best in Tucson. Bravo, gentlemen!

Chair came out worse than when I took it in! I took in a Chinese rosewood dining chair to be repaired. The legs wobbled, and the chair was 100% glued, no screws or nails. They chargd me $225. to glue (tighten) the legs. At home I saw the top of the chair had an 8 inch split in the wood on the seat. They had pried the seat up to insert glue into the legs, and it looked like they had applied glue to the seat to disguise the crack. I called them, sent a photo of the crack, and returned the chair. They "fixed" the crack by applying more glue. The owner told me that since wood is a natural product things happen, and they didn't notice that the seat had cracked. No refund was given since they "fixed" the crack, and he also said it was possible the crack was there when the chair went in. It was not! I am disgusted to have been charged $225. for this company to crack the chair and then say maybe it wasn't them.

I just had an old teak table refinished at furniture rescue and it is so beautiful! I loved the personal service and attention to detail provided by Brendan, Don, Brandon, and Doug. It is rare and wonderful to get service like this in this day and age.
