They have so many different food trucks to choose but my favorite is Tacos y Mariscos el Tiburon. Their food is good

Found this on Tiktoc looking for local food places to try. We went around 2pm on Saturday, Dia de Madres, and it wasn't too busy. There is around 12 different trucks to choose from. Most are Mexican or Mexican fusion. I can't remember the name of the exact trick be went to, but the food and service was great. We ordered the burria taco plates with horchatta. After we ate we went and got drinks from Las Cherry's. An adorable truck with a variety a juice or ice cream beverages!!! It has an open covered seating area, so we were able to take our fur baby with us!!!

Want mexican / spanish, but don't know what, just come here. Trust me, you'll be happy. I go for the birria ramen, $18 and so so worth it.

Caught a glimpse of this adorable food truck spot while driving through San Jose! 🎄 Decorated with beautiful lights, a small bounce house for the kids, and free parking in the back. Definitely worth a stop! 🚚 🌮 🧁🍗🍹✨
