I booked two body scrubs for my mom and I on Mother’s Day. Overall, this place is NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY! I will explain why. When we first arrived, there was no parking. We had to circle the lot for 15 minutes until we secured a spot. You’re supposed to come 30 minutes before your appointment so now we only had 15 minutes before our first service. When we walked in, the line was taking forever (which was fine but made us stressed). When I got to the front, they informed me that a service DOES NOT include admission. So we had to pay an additional $52 per person to enter, on top of the body scrub. Again, I was fine with this but wish they made that clear on the website. At this point, I was still hopeful that we would have a good experience. I went to put my shoes in the locker and a woman came up to me and said I was on the “Men’s side” (I was not). I proceeded to look for the correct area for another 5 minutes, only to realize that I was in fact in the correct area to begin with. (Also side note but the staff here are extremely rude and cold!!) I put my shoes in the locker and when into the women’s locker room to put away my clothes (at this point my service is beginning in 5 minutes) and BOTH my locker, and my mothers locker, were NOT WORKING. We had to go back to the staff and ask for new lockers. They got us set up with new lockers which took another 10 minutes. I asked what will happen to my service because it’s been one thing after another since I got here. The woman said “we will move it” and walked away. So now I’m sitting there (naked in the locker room, mind you) wondering, so when did u move it to?!? I had to get redressed, walk back to the front desk, and ask them when the appointment will be. After ALL of that, I tried to relax but the place has an awful musty odor in the sauna and wet room. It did not feel sanitary. Finally, it was time for my service. The scrub was good (just okay) but they didn’t even wash my hair (which was advertised on the website when I booked it). There was a bit of a language barrier, but the lady said to me “Hair washing is only for concierge” whatever that means. After my service was over, she walked me over to iPad and stared at me while I had to select the tip. I did not want to tip but I did because she was awkwardly watching me. We tried to make the best of the co-ed rooms inside and they were okay. in total we paid $300+ to be there, but we were so STRESSED OUT that we decided to just go home, watch movies and do face masks alone. I hope you realize the irony of this. We were so stressed out from the environment at a SPA, that my home seemed like a getaway from that nightmare. The energy of the staff is very unsettling. The facilities are not worth it. U would have a better time grabbing a bath bomb from LUSH and staying in your own bathroom. lol.

After placing an order at the restaurant, we received a dish that looked nothing like the picture advertised. When we brought it to the cashier’s attention, she initially offered us a cup so we could pick the vegetables out ourselves. After we requested a new plate, she said they could not remake it. So, when we asked for a refund, she told us we would have to go to the front and request it there ourselves. I then asked for the manager to come speak with us. Instead, the cashier began texting on her phone, and after waiting about five minutes with no assistance, I went to the front to explain the situation. I spoke with the assistant manager, Heather, who followed me back to the restaurant area and contacted her boss regarding the issue. After another 15-minute wait, Heather informed us that they would issue a refund because the dish would not be remade. Unfortunately, what was supposed to be a nice Mother’s Day experience with my daughter was completely ruined by the poor customer service and lack of professionalism. Just awful.
