Gavin made the whole engagement ring buying process so simple. From talking about options, design, and recommendations, he was able to built our dream ring without the ridiculous upsell that a lot of other jewellers try to do. He was respectful and stuck to the given budget. He gave me several options to choose from in terms of the centre stone, as well as information on insurance afterwards. He was even able to nail a little hidden detail in the inside of the band for me to make it unique. Would recommend.

Gavin handed me the most beautiful piece of custom made engagement ring he had crafted for me this week. The design of the ring setting consolidated mine, my fiance's and Gavin's ideas - Gavin recommended to allow more light into the emerald cut diamond with the split shank setting. I appreciated his brilliant suggestion which is something i never thought of or knew about, while him being open to collaborate and work with what we had in mind. Not only the ring is unique and crafted in the finest detail, it is an absolutely stunner! I've spent the good part of the weekend finding myself just staring at it.
