From talking about options, design, and recommendations, he was able to built our dream ring without the ridiculous upsell that a lot of other jewellers try to do. The design of the ring setting consolidated mine, my fiance's and Gavin's ideas - Gavin recommended to allow more light into the emerald cut diamond with the split shank setting.
