I came to Gaze for the first time this week while they were having their open house with complementary classes, and I have to say I have been so impressed with both the classes and the energy in the space! Everyone has been so kind and welcoming (Wes, Jenna & Nate especially!) and taking a moment to explain things and show me around, I really enjoyed that the classes provided both an all-levels feel while still offering challenges depending on skill level. And the diversity amongst the students and the community is SO nice to see! The sauna & cold plunge is GREAT as well! You can tell that this is a very special studio tucked right outside of downtown Tampa and I look forward to coming back for more classes!

visiting from Utah love this space. I am primarily 26/2 yogi however I am certain any yoga taught here is epic. Community vibes, local merch, contrast super comfy cozy hot and humid free standing hot suana outside and cold plunge (they even have suana hats) chairs to chill. Dressing areas, shower bathrooms all welcome. They have hand painted murals in other space. I attended 60 and 90 mins. early and evening. Amazing instructors there. Can’t wait to go again

I was visiting a friend in the area and had the pleasure of visiting this GEM 💎 of a studio during my time there. Every teacher had their own style that I enjoyed. I felt welcome, the studio is beautiful and huge bonus is the cold plunge and sauna sessions offered. I will be visiting my friend again in January and I’ll be sure to stop In for a couple sesh’s while I’m in Tampa! Thank you all for such a memorable yoga experience, Namaste 🙏🏽 Kenya Fort Worth, TX

For perspective: I've been practicing at Gaze for a little over three years, and I'm coming up on 450 classes. This studio has been tremendously supportive to not only my physical health (flexibility, strength, balance, endurance), but also to my mental & spiritual well-being since day one. Not only do I feel refreshed and like a "new woman" after every 26&2 class, I feel calmer (with a more regulated nervous system) on an ongoing basis, and I truly think I have been able to navigate challenging life experiences more adeptly because of my steady practice (i.e., rough patches metabolize more quickly). Lastly, the staff constantly looks for ways to keep things creative & stimulating with things like Music Class Friday's, ~60-day New Year's challenges, sound bath facilitators/advanced yoga seminars on weekends, sauna/cold plunge sessions, and yoga teacher trainings should you aspire to become an instructor yourself. Teachers are extremely knowledgeable & friendly, instruction is clear, they offer various styles you can explore (bikram, sculpt, flow, yin, hatha, hot vs. room temp, etc.), and all levels are welcome! Highly recommend checking out a class (or signing up for monthly unlimited!) @ Gaze :)

Wonderful yoga studio with amazing staff! This studio has a very grounded and community oriented energy to it. The instructors and front desk staff recognize students by their names and you can tell they genuinely care about you and your well being. You’re not just another metric to them! The classes are beginner friendly but offer modifications for you to challenge yourself. I really love this studio and would recommend it to anyone
