Had my first ever Yoga class ever with Luis A. and it was an awesome experience! He was a great instructor, easy to follow and did stretches I didn’t even know I could do. Will definitely be booking more classes with him!

What a great yoga spot! Better than the others in the area, have tried them all. Feel very comfortable here and love all the instructors!! Also love how it smells that’s just a personal preference :))) Thanks Yoga Loft!

I absolutely love attending these classes! The teachers are amazing and do such a great job of guiding you through your practice. They also do Chicken Yoga once a month and it's by far, my favorite class to attend.

I have been taking yoga classes at Yoga Loft for five years. The two teachers I've had the privilege of practicing yoga with both challenged me - coming from an ex-collegiate athlete- leaving me more flexible, in shape, and improving my ability to swing a golf club as my shoulders rotate with less pain and no noise. The music may not be my taste, but that's not why I practice Yoga. What is important is the results and mindfulness I achieve.
