Laptop brought in to have a new operating system installed. When i got it back the screen brightness could no longer be adjusted, and it had no memory space on the harddrive. Took it back up there all they said was i need a new computer. These people dont really do anything.

Today I had an appointment scheduled for a cracked screen. The only complaint I have is they had some construction going on inside the store. I wear hearing aids and for me the noise was overwhelming. I just wanted to say the people working at the Geek Squad were very helpful and understanding as I normally don’t mind waiting my turn but I was a bit impatient due to the construction noise. I would definitely return to this location for any future needs. Hopefully there won’t be LOUD construction going on.

When Apple tried to say our warranty ended abruptly during a repair/replacement, the Geek Squad team was able to give me the information I needed to dispute Apple and verify my phone was still under warranty.

I had Mitch from the Geek Squad, a couple days ago. I've had him help Myself and my wife numerous times. He is very polite, intelligent, very good and explaining and patient. I highly recommend The Geek Squad and Mitch for his Professionalism.

I have a computer from Best Buy and also purchased the Geek Squad warranty. It was taken in for service when the computer was taking a long time to boot up. I was told it had a corrupted hard drive that needed to be replaced. They were told that was fine but a complete back up needed to be done first as I have my wedding photos on that computer. Thank God I did not let them toss the old hard drive like they wanted to. I get home to find that they had backed up almost nothing. Even small files like my resume was missing. It was taken back and they had multiple excuses like they didn’t see any files on there and then it changed to the files were encrypted. None of which was true. I had them put the old hard drive back in and I took it to a friend of mine that works in IT. She was able to successfully transfer all the files. I would have respected the truth even if it was it would have taken too much time to transfer the files. The heartlessness of just not transferring wedding photos and then wanting to throw away the old hard drive just blows my mind. If you have anything important on your computer, I would go somewhere else.
