Silas C. was very competent, respectful, and kind when helping me with my computer. I had called a few other highly rated places to see if they could help me with a computer problem that was way out of my and my geek dad's depth (who has been a computer education instructor for 20+ years) and the other businesses barely knew what I was talking about. The tech division at the company I work for couldn't help or direct me in any way either. It was incredibly stressful. I bring my computer into the Geek Squad to ask if any of them possibly knew how to fix my issue, and Silas knew immediately what the issue was and had it resolved so quickly. I am beyond impressed and am very grateful. I am so excited to find reliable help and will come back here first. Give Silas a raise please. The entire staff were very on top of it and respectful to everyone that walked in, no matter the issue. These are the kind of people our community really needs.

You can only get in touch with India when you call the local store. I just wanted to know if I could talk to a local employee about if they had a product on their shelf and they can answer me. I guess Target, Walmart, Fred Meyer's, ect would rather have my business. When I tried Geek Squads number, it went to India under Best Buy. So, now even for local service, you can't call direct.

Service is good but impossible to get any follow up if you don't get the technicians number

First-class operation, staffed by good-natured, smart, dillegent "geeks." Hec, I'd like to be a geek! As an Apple customer, I was given an "overflow" sesh at the GS, seeing how "Genius Bar" was booked.. these cats took me in, accepted me, and treated me right. No charge. The fix was explained. I was invited to charge the phone at a lobby table. All that I observed in my 25 minutes there was of good people doing good work. Thanks. 'Preesh.

had booting issues after installing new hardware on my gaming rig, after figuring out that i just needed a bootable usb drive and to re organize my hard drive in the command prompts, I gave up trying and went to geek squad for help. after explaining that i've tried everything to optimize the bios settings, the clueless employee restarted my rig a couple times and fastened the sata cables, then proceeded to tell me that i should just pay for the $180 service and software installation fee, even though i had also brought an ssd and a digital windows product activation key. Absolutely atrocious and a complete joke. never bring anything here unless you're an old geezer who's on the tip of his coffin and doesn't care if he's being ripped off for hundreds of dollars
