THE YUMMIEST PASTA IN AUSTRALIA!!! Every time I come to Gold Coast, my family ALWAYS come here to eat! There’s a huge variety of pasta to choose from, and there’s also lots of pizza and italian dishes. Every single dish is to die for, and the restaurant space is always so lively and homey. It’s always a good time eating here!

I’ve been to Roy’s by Gemelli in Bundall before, but this was my first visit to Gemelli in Broadbeach. Although we had a reservation, the restaurant was extremely busy. Perhaps because we requested a kids seat, it took more than 30 minutes after our reservation time for us to be seated. The course meals and drinks were also quite delayed, and it took another 30 minutes for our drinks to arrive. We ended up staying for over four hours. As I had children with me, I had to leave before my friends finished their meals. It was likely due to the Christmas period and how busy the restaurant was. That said, the food was delicious — especially the Burrata e Prosciutto. The creamy, smooth burrata paired beautifully with the homemade focaccia, and the salty prosciutto added a perfect balance. I would love to visit again on a quieter weekday.

Auguste was super amazing, so attentive to our whole evening making sure everything was correct. I also picked her recommendation for a cocktail and it was so amazing, she was correct in saying it didn’t even taste like alcohol!! It was so sweet and right up my alley, it was the Italian kiss. The pizza was also crazy good! Never thought fig would be good on pizza but here I am, I got the princepessa pizza and me and my Mum were in looooveee 😍 We also got dessert, the mains were the perfect portion to leave room for dessert! The tiramisu was to dieeee for. The vibes of the restaurant are also very beautiful, warm and cozy. Prices are also quite reasonable for an Italian restaurant at Broadbeach! Pizzas were within the ~$30 range and it was perfect! Thanks team for this amazing night, will be back again some day and shout out to Auguste once again!!! 😊

Gemelli is a lovely restaurant. We went for my partner's birthday and had a great experience. The staff were very friendly, the food was sensational and full of fresh flavours. We had the arancini, the caprese salad and two pastas - Spaghetti Alla Carbonara and Spaghetti Pescatora. The arancini were larger than expected, and were incredibly scrumptious. The sauce was beautiful with the dish. Highly recommend. The Caprese salad was excellent too, with a variety of tomatos and mozzarella providing a refreshing taste to compliment the pastas. Finally the showstopping handmade pastas were amazing. Carbonara made authentically with guanciale and egg yolk (without cream) is always special - but Gemelli nailed it and provided the best carbonara I have eaten in years. My partner's Pescatora was absolutely loaded with crab and prawn (which is such a rarity these days!), and tasted delicious too. To top it off, they surprised my partner for her birthday with a complimentary dessert - with a sparkler and all. A very nice touch and fitting evening to a wonderful night at Gemelli.

I was recommended to book at Gemelli and I was very happy that I did. We arrived early to our dinner booking are the staff we able to sit us in. The atmosphere was just buzzing. The staff were very accommodating and quick with service food and drinks. The kids absolutely loved their pasta dishes and the gluten free pizza base was amazing light and puffy very delicious. You can taste the difference with home made pasta and pizza bases. Highly recommend
