I have a 2011 E350 Mercedes that had several issues (Body and Mechanical)and had been sitting in storage for 2 years. This location came highly recommended by several friends and family members so I took a leap of faith and dropped it off. I couldn’t be happier with the results. The attention to detail and care for the littlest things are incredible. Didn’t think anyone one could care as much about my. Ar as I do but this location does. I won’t be going anywhere else when it comes to my cars. I highly recommend it.

I totally recommend Gene Brown Transmissions. They do all kinds of mecanic work not just transmissions . They worked on my daughters vehicle and now it drives so awesome. They also fixed her a/c. It blows really cold for this Texas heat. Ron was very informative about the work that was going to be done and his prices are very affordable for the work he did. I strongly suggest Gene Brown transmissions off Grissom road for all your mechanic work.

took my 07 Chvy there an year ago Paid over 4,000$ transmission to find out a year later they didn't put my driveshaft back they replaced one on my truck that didn't belong. It's about 2 inches short so now I have to pay out-of-pocket $1000 to get it fixed the owner. (Owner) Ron took a look at it said my driveshaft is an inch and a half short, he said they were professional, but obviously not I told him to meet me halfway on getting this corrected. He told me he didn't have time for this and walked away mind you 4 hrs later He sent me a text message. Sorry my dad is passing. I'm not all there. What kind of business man is this guy?

I left my 2016 Toyota Tacoma with Gene Brown/Total Automotive Care after I was in an fender bender accident. They took care of my truck and brought it back to brand new. They kept me up to date on the progress and kept me informed all along the way. I have attached photo's of the beginning to the finished product after repairs.
