This review is for all of the haters of Genesis health clubs. You really don't know JACK about anything. I will have to say AKSARBEN GENESIS is by far the best, the staff is very polite and friendly. I have been going to at first 24 Hour Fitness and now GENESIS for well over 25 years and I live at the gym and my GO TO is Aksarben. A special shout for Lilly, Morgan and Caleigh.

The upper management at this location straight up just SUCKS. I’ve been to many Genesis locations and this one blows my mind. The worst.

Now that they're done renovating mid town, can we PLEASE renovate Aksarben?? Half of the treadmills have out of order signs, the pads on almost all the machines are torn, the handles are so weathered they kind of hurt. None of the tvs work properly, which isn't even a big deal but it's so tacky, same with how gross the walls look. I pay way too much money for a membership here to have to work out in such a dingy place. It feels like lack of respect for your members at this point. Or let me out of my year contract so I can go back to Planet Fitness.
