I’ve been to 3 different locations in the Omaha area, and the Cass location is my favorite. I drive by 2 other ones just to come here. When I show up, it’s not just a generic “hi, welcome to Genesis”, the employees make me want to keep coming back. I do training sessions with Ty and he’s very good about not only doing the workout, but making sure I’m comfortable while doing it. I highly recommend Genesis as a whole, but definitely the Cass location.

Lucky me--the Cass St. Genesis is the most complete health club nearest my home. I've been a member at this facility since 2012. Their staff is friendly, the equipment and free weights are wide ranging, and the place is kept clean. They have everything you need to stay in or get into shape, or defy the aging process, but you have to be responsible for controlling your diet and showing up to make your goals reality. That part they won't do for you.

You would think that with as many memberships that they have they would at least keep up with the equipment maintenance and locker room cleanliness but unfortunately thats not the case. The equipment is falling apart an half of the cardio machines dont work. The locker room smells like sewer gas and it burns your eyes as soon as you walk in. Not worth paying for
