George is the ultimate real estate agent one is lucky to work with! His calm demeanor, knowledge base and professionalism are essential when you are searching for the perfect home. At the start of our search he took us to a home that did not meet the criterion we were looking for. Moving forward he took the time to view the home we had owned for over forty two years and had recently sold. Taking the time to preview this home gave him the insight as to what we were looking for in a home. Moving forward he took care in selecting homes that he thought would fit our needs . He was not pushy but rather patient and allowed us to make decisions based on our needs and comfort level. He became a source of information for us too, considering we were moving from Western NY to this area. He was extremely efficient in responding to texts and emails no matter when they were sent. He became a source of information, while helping us to locate and communicate with professionals, who would be instrumental in assisting us in making informed decisions about the home we would ultimately settle on. We felt supported along the way and at no time did we feel that we were on our own. We have established a bond that we are sure will last beyond the purchasing phase. We felt that he had our best interest at all times .This feeling resulted in our utmost trust for him. George is highly recommended because we are sure what we experienced with him is not short term but part of his demeanor and being.

We had a wonderful experience working with George! He was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, honest, and always was available to answer questions. George was very patient as our process to find the house we wanted took time due to the market and our limitations. He was a pleasure to work with and we would definitely work with him again!

George wasn’t the first realtor to assist me with selling my condo in Philadelphia but he was the last! Thanks to George’s knowledge and expertise, my property was sold in a relatively short amount of time. George was great to work with. George is the best! He helped us buy a new home and sell our old one, and was great to work with for both. George is friendly, knowledgeable, and super helpful. He made everything about the home buying and selling process so easy! He also had a very quick response time when we needed to reach him, even on evenings and weekends.
