Great staff. Super helpful. They have great discounts on their own website or groupon. Staff was amazing. Kelsie was amazing and helpful to our large family.

Great trampoline Park, especially for littler ones! The toddler time is a fantastic deal and so great for playtime on rainy days! They only do 1 hour times online, so buy ahead, but sell 2 to 3 hours at the counter!

I have a 3 year old and toddler time is amazing! There is so much to do here ! My kid did slip and hit her face climbing the wrong way at the bottom of a slide ( so against rules and her fault ) and they gave me an ice pack and wanted to know exactly where / how it happened and the next time I was there I noticed they changed the bottom of the slide. Just really nice people and great atmosphere.

I recently visited Get Air Trampoline Park on Jackman and wanted to share my experience. Overall, the facility was clean and well-maintained, which is always a positive aspect when visiting an entertainment venue like this. However, I have noticed that on multiple occasions, there was a ride that was out of order. It was disappointing to encounter a broken attraction each time I visited. It would be great if the management could improve their maintenance and ensure that all rides are in working order to enhance the overall experience for guests. Additionally, during my visit, I encountered an inconvenience when trying to use Apple Pay as their system was down. This unexpected issue made the payment process more cumbersome than it should have been. It would be beneficial if they could work on resolving such technical difficulties promptly to minimize any inconveniences for customers. Despite these setbacks, I still enjoyed my time at Get Air Trampoline Park and appreciate the cleanliness of the facility. With some improvements to ride maintenance and addressing technical issues promptly, this place has the potential to offer an even more enjoyable experience for visitors.

Very cool trampoline park. It's situated in a large area, so the kids aren't on top of each other as they jump. They also have a big climbing structure for little and big kids alike. The agility obstacles are also a nice feature. They have several party rooms to handle birthday parties and special events. Outside drinks and food are not permitted, but they have a good selection of drinks and snacks to purchase.
