Sam W. is an excellent and thorough worker. While I wasn't home when he provided the service, I could see him hard at work via my security system's camera. I love the service that Getem provides. I highly recommend him and Getem.

Joseph Burkhalter, very nice tech. I was notified 10 minutes before arrival time to let me know he would be late, which was absolutely fine. The answering team was really nice as well. Tech provided communication and talked about potential concerns. All in all would recommend them and use them again.

We've worked with Getem Services at our home for more than ten years and just added another account for our rental property. The office staff (Ashley) and the field staff (ours are Gary and Andrew) are friendly, knowledgeable, flexible and effective. I highly recommend this company for your pest control needs.

Today was my first experience with Getem Services and I must say I was impressed. I had a vapor barrier installed in the crawl space of my 1600 square foot ranch in Norfolk. The technician, Andrew, was on time, polite and professional. He answered a few questions I had before starting the job, which took almost 3 hours to complete. When he was finished he showed me pictures of the completed job and everything looked great. He took away remnants of the old plastic and debris from under the house and left everything neat and clean. I am very pleased with the final result and the overall experience.
