I had a new dishwasher installed by a local company, however the circuit breaker blew after he installed & I was told I needed a separate circuit for dishwasher. After calling Hart Electric, Dustin & Braden arrived promptly & fixed the issue without my having to create a separate circuit. They were so efficient, professional, & explained the repair so clearly to me! I am so grateful to Hart Electric & HIGHLY recommend this wonderful company! Thank You!!

I am unfortunately having to leave a negative review here. My wife and I are getting a hot tub and heard that Hart Electric was great to deal with. We had them come out and do an estimate which was a reasonable price. We then reserved a date for them to come out to our home to do the job. This all went smooth until our hot tub didnt arrive on time. I called Hart Electric and it went to their answering service and I let them know I had to cancel the appointment since the tub was delayed, this was on a Friday. So Monday morning my wife receives a call that the technician is in the way for our scheduled appointment that I had already canceled. So I had to call the technician ro let them know I had already canceled the appointment and asked if they could have someone call us back to reschedule. This is when the problems really started. One of the owners (i beleive) Karen Hart contacted my wife stating that she made an exception for us because we GUARANTEED the tub would arrive at our home before the scheduled appointment. We would never say this due to the fact we weren't sure ourselves if it would make it. We also were never informed there was any exception made to begin with. To let everyone know also she never spoke to my wife about the scheduled date, that phone call was handled by myself. So I then called Karen to get all the details of what we could do to reschedule since I was the one to speak to her. I further shocked when Karen told me she never spoke to me at all and was told we cant reschedule since they had already made an exception once and cant afford to keep messing up our schedule when I had already called ahead to cancel the appointment. I would not recommend this service to anyone. I am sure that the electrical work done by this company is very good, but unfortunately the unprofessional customer service was so bad I no longer want to deal with Hart Electric. Unfortunate

Hart Electric has become my go-to for all Electrical needs at our home. We are so pleased with the job they just completed!! Dustin and Daniel were outstanding, professional, and thought about what we wanted now and how we should consider our future needs!! We had 18 ceiling lights that operated on one switch. All on or all off. I can’t tell you what a difference it had made to have dimmers and sections for us to manage our lighting!!

I just want to give a shout out to Steve Gibson with Hart Electric (and since I do ‘Local Guides’ and a number of Google reviews, might as well do it on here). ☺️ We had a serious problem with our circuit breaker, and Steve came out this morning and completely fixed it. He was •crazy• knowledgeable. But in addition to being knowledgeable, he took the time to try to teach me — which a lot of people don’t do. I really appreciated that. Moreover, he was funny, super intelligent, kind, and extremely courteous. I would literally ask for him by name if I called an electrician again. Thank you so much, Steve and Hart Electric!!
