I had the pleasure of using the services of Frank from Gimmibyte. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. When I decided that it was not beneficial for me to repair my computer, he helped direct me to the best computer to fit my needs. Actually, went on line to look up computers for me and took time out of his schedule to look at pictures of computers that I texted him and gave me his thoughts on the computer.
