Très mauvaise expérience avec la réceptionniste en ce samedi 4 octobre 2025. Je lui mentionne que mes deux vétérinaires sont pleins et que j’ai besoin d’un rendez-vous quand même assez rapide, je suis même prête à payer les frais d’urgence. Elle me coupe en plein milieu de ma phrase en me disant qu’elle n’a qu’un seul vétérinaire le vendredi et qu’un autre vétérinaire à donné son 2 semaine d’avis en refusant de vouloir entendre ma problématique. Il est inscrit sur la page qu’ils prennent de nouveaux clients, que je lui ai mentionné, elle me répond « ben non on a pas eu le temps de changer sur google vous voulez que je fasse quoi??» d’un ton vraiment non professionnel. Je ne recommande pas, surtout pour le bien de mes animaux. Ridicule.

My experience with the vet has been overall good but the receptionist on several occasions has been quite rude and very impatient when being asked questions over the phone with respect to booking appointments including for urgent issues (ie respiratory problems). It's not at all welcoming
