Ryan was able to take a look at a custom build for me that wasn't booting properly. He had the parts in shop to be able to complete the repair. I dropped it off late in the afternoon and had my computer back within 48 hours. Superb work, friendly guy, and very reasonable rates. Will happily go back again with any problems I'm not able to troubleshoot.
