I was very nervous to do my first yoga session. I chose Katherines 10 am beginners class and was put at ease straight away. It was as though I was supposed to be there. I highly recommend.
Love it, everyone I’ve met- teachers and other students are lovely. Welcoming on arrival no matter who you are. No pretences. Pure and simply yoga. I’m a beginner and practice with Katherine. She is caring and professional. Her voice is beautiful. Loving Calming. She teaches in a wholistic Way, which the true way of yoga. She emphasis the best alignment for each person and aids beginners if they require. I recommend 💯
This studio has the most experienced teachers in Queensland who walk the talk. All of the teachers' practice are incredible, so you can see how steeped they are in the practice and teachings of yoga. The teachers are a small select group who have been at the studio for years and years, and they rarely get covers which provides the students with consistency. They are ashtanga-inspired. This style is very new to me so I liked how they accommodate all levels of energy, experience, and capability. I really love how they offer longer class times; all are at least 90mins, which provides a more well rounded experience. After trialling different studios around the area, this one feels the most like home. Best part is, it's grass roots and not fancy. I much prefer a basic set up with exceptional practitioners.
