I recently visited this location after moving back to the state from Florida and was hoping to use a free or day pass, as it had been several years since I last worked out here. I was told I needed to purchase a membership, which I agreed to do. While signing up, I experienced an issue with a newly issued bank card. I spent approximately 30 minutes on the phone with my bank resolving the issue, and the manager witnessed this entire process. Despite it being clear that I was making a genuine effort to pay and that the issue was outside of my control, no flexibility or courtesy was offered. I was ultimately not allowed to work out, and the interaction felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. While I understand policies and liability concerns, customer service and discretion matter, especially when a potential member is acting in good faith. I left feeling unwelcome rather than valued, which was disappointing.

Tarita at the front desk is absolutely amazing! From the moment you walk into Gold’s Gym, she makes you feel welcome and appreciated. She’s friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a great attitude. She truly sets the tone for a positive gym experience. Gold’s Gym is lucky to have her!

Lots of rooms to explore, easy to find a quiet corner most days. Locker rooms are clean, staff is friendly, and an encouraging atmosphere. Parking can be weird but it’s a city so just park a block down and you’re good. For the price it’s a great gym!

Really hard to cancel your membership. Thought I had canceled it after an associate told me it was cancelled but was wrong and went on paying it for over a year not knowing I still had it. Now I’ve been going in circles trying to cancel and eventually just had my bank do it. Just learn from my mistake and make sure you double check your statements if you think you cancel. They also play music in the gym so if you’re using headphones you can still hear the music the gym is playing which I wasn’t a fan of. They had good spaces though and decent equipment. Nothing fancy.

This gym is massive. It doesn’t look super huge from the outside but inside there are multiple functional areas with turf, group fitness studios, barbells, lifting platforms, a weight room, and designated cardio area. The staff are friendly and the space is well maintained.
