I won’t lie, the gym has some newer equipment, but a lot of it is really outdated, and the mix of old and new machines makes the layout look off. There was blood on the men’s bathroom walls, and overall, the facility is quite dirty. Even the area around the steam room has a grimy floor that clearly needs attention. The staff is great, the people who train there are great and I’ve been a member since 2017, but the cleanliness needs improvement. The basketball courts still have the same flooring from when it was The Rush in 2014. Small upgrades and a deep clean could make a huge difference. Even if the older equipment stays, maintaining a clean facility should be the priority.

Great facility. Super friendly and helpful staff. I feel safe and comfortable working out at this location. Great class schedule! Sauna is a plus. I definitely recommend getting a personal trainer. I wasn’t sure about that at first - but the results are better with one (for me at least). Don’t quit - join with a positive outlook and you feel better. Always fun if you get a friend to join with you.

Joining Gold's has become an important part of my ongoing fitness journey. What has made the greatest impact has been working with my trainer, Kristina. She is exceptionally knowledgeable and supportive, tailoring each session to my goals and ensuring I stay challenged in a safe, sustainable way. Her guidance and encouragement have transformed not only my fitness, but my confidence and mindset as well. Over the past three years, I’ve lost more than 100 pounds and significantly increased my overall strength and endurance — results I never imagined achieving when I first started. The combination of personalized training and group workouts (love Les Mills!) keeps me motivated and always improving. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a positive, results-driven environment.

The best gym in town, hands down. It’s clean, well organized, and has a friendly but serious environment. Their equipment is well maintained and there are a lot of options to choose from. The staff is friendly and their personal training department is TOP TIER. The trainers know what they’re talking about and will absolutely help you achieve your goals. I’ve worked out at countless gyms across Greensboro and this is by far the best.

Don’t waste your money, this people only care about their business not about customers. I cancel kids club and their kept charging me for 3 months , when I called them the person on front desk was rude and didn’t help . Nobody took responsibility nobody knew who cancel it . Guys they don’t care this is not the first time , be careful with your money!
