I had a great first two classes here. I saw the pictures online but I didn't guess I'd flip upside down in my very first class! It was much easier than I thought, and so relaxing to hang in the trapeze. It's always fun to try something new and trapeze yoga is no exception. The staff at Good Moodra were kind and positive, the instructors I had were helpful and encouraging. And I certainly appreciate that, as someone who's a little shy just getting back into fitness, they were so welcoming and friendly. I'd definitely recommend Good Moodra!
I love this place! All the instructors are incredible. They don’t just lead the class; they pay attention to each person, offering adjustments. I especially enjoy Dulce’s classes because they are definitely challenging, but in the best way! I really appreciate how she guides us in each movement/pose and encourage us to push through our limits while staying mindful. I always leave her classes feeling stronger and more centered which is what I need! Her playlist in her trapeze sculpt class is the best!
Love trapeze yoga! The vestibular movement is a great addition for sensory regulation. Especially helpful for any fellow neurodivergents. UPDATE: This fall, I had some major challenges with a chronic health condition and work and was not able to attend classes for over a month. While I would have loved for the front desk/staff to check in with me to see how I was doing, women I've connected with in classes reached out to me, encouraged me to return, and even offered to run interference for me to help me return. Realizing I've gained a community with those I practice with has been a huge new for me. Also, Dolce made me feel absolutely supported and missed when I returned. So grateful for the teachers and fellow yogis... P.S. my service dog Ellie loves the community, as well! She is grateful for the love when she is on break and is always excited to go to work for me at the yoga studio!
I've been attending Good Moodra Yoga Studio for over two years now, and I continue to look forward to every class. This studio has truly become an integral part of my wellness journey. What keeps me coming back is the incredible variety of classes they offer. From the unique and challenging Advanced Trapeze sessions to traditional Vinyasa flows, there's always something to match my mood and energy level. Each class has helped me grow not just physically stronger, but also mentally more centered and balanced. Plus, it's a lot of fun! One of Good Moodra's greatest strengths is their diverse team of instructors. Each teacher brings their own unique style, teaching techniques, and level of difficulty to their classes. This variety means that whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced yogi, you'll find instructors and classes that meet you where you are. I've been able to progress at my own pace while still being challenged and supported. The welcoming atmosphere and the consistent quality across all classes make Good Moodra Yoga Studio a place I recommend to anyone interested in starting or deepening their yoga practice. After two years, I'm still discovering new ways to grow here – that speaks volumes about the studio's excellence. Highly recommend!
Good Moodra is my fave yoga studio ever! Love the focus on spine health and the really supportive staff. Roni, the owner, is amazing and encouraging. Mae Lyn is the spunkiest & Erika is focused and fun. All instructors are so friendly and welcoming! I bring all my friends here. If you’ve ever wanted to try out trapeze yoga, this is the place! My favorite pose is Traction Jackson, there’s nothing better than hanging upside down at the end of the work week to reset!
