Been loving the variety of classes at Class 46 yoga ! I’ve been really interested in taking a pilates class/ yoga sculpt class and I’m so happy I found this place. It’s clean, modern, and straightforward. The schedules are flexible and varied. But most importantly, I love how challenging the classes are.

I'm writing to share a very disappointing experience had as a customer during the 9:30 AM class on February 28. I arrived at 9:37 AM due to an unexpected traffic accident--however, that still within the stated grace period-7 minutes. I live about 25 minutes away and made every effort to arrive on time. However, the front desk staff member, Savannah, refused to allow me into the class and marked it as a late cancellation, resulting in a full loss of my money. The interaction also felt dismissive and lacked the level of professionalism and empathy I would expect. She didn't offer alternative solutions only with very terrible attitude. I have attended classes here multiple times and was genuinely considering becoming a long-term customer. Unfortunately, this experience significantly changed my perception. Policies are important, but how they are applied--and how customers are treated in the moment--has a direct impact on retention and brand reputation. From a customer perspective, a more flexible and empathetic approach in situations like this would not only preserve trust, but also strengthen long-term loyalty. As it stands, this experience makes it difficult for me to consider returning. Request information

I love this studio! Lots of parking, friendly front desk staff, cute merch for sale in front, and a cute aesthetic overall. All of the instructors have been so motivating and really give you a great workout each time. I hate sweating but this place makes you feel like you've earned every drop! I've never left unhappy :)

I have attended fitness studios in OC over the last 20+ years and this is the best yoga/pilates style studio I have attended. The aesthetics of the studio are calming and classes have the perfect level of heat. The instructors are not only excellent at what they do, they are so uplifting, positive, kind & empowering. The entire energy of the studio and people who attend is uplifting. They also have fun events and themed classes. Finding this studio has been a highlight for me this year and it’s been a great compliment to my marathon training. The style of the classes are a nice blend of yoga, floor pilates and strength to complement a variety of fitness goals. Overall A++ and highly recommended!

Tried hot yoga for the first time. ***** Bring: yoga mat, towel, and water. If you have a nonslip water cloth for when you're sweaty, it's highly beneficial to bring because you will be a bit slippery if you're sweating on the yoga mat. There are cubbies outside for your things and to put your shoes. FYI: don't be late, they don't let people in 5 min after start of class ****** Don't have to bring shoes, you can wear grippy socks or go barefoot. Filtered water station behind the curtain when you're inside the class on the left. No showers There is restroom (behind the curtain when you're inside on the left). There is a changing room with a shower but it's for workers only. ******* There are many classes of Hot Yoga. They have Hot Yoga/Pilates, Hot Yoga/sculpt, Hot Pilates/sculpt, or just Hot Yoga. I did just Yoga, which is Hot Yoga Flow. Popular choices are I think the Yoga/pilates or the Yoga/sculpt. This is my first time doing yoga and first time doing hot yoga, and it was pretty fun. Instructor explained things well. Nice pace and offered different variation of movements. The music that the instructor played matched the classes pace and movements. The room isn't too hot like other hot yoga places that I've read reviews on. Even my sister said she did a hot yoga class that was way hotter. However, for me, the temp just right for me. Especially since I'm new to yoga and to hot yoga. For me, I was sweating throughout the class. The floor in the room is also warm. Very clean place and nice neutral colored aesthetic.

This isn’t just a place to take a yoga class, it’s a space where your mind resets, your body feels nourished, and your spirit feels lighter. Every element - the teachers, the space, the equipment - works together to create a truly holistic experience.
