Since assuming management responsibility of our San Francisco properties a year ago, the GPM team has demonstrated superb expertise and professionalism, and exceeded our expectations. The entire team has been very responsive to all issues and follow-up is top notch. Tierney and Ryan in particular have proven to be excellent resources as our primary contact and accounting expert, respectively. We interviewed several property management firms, and felt that the team at GPM was the most sincere. This feeling has only increased over time. Plus, we worry a lot less knowing they are taking good care of our properties and tenants. We highly recommend GPM to anyone looking for a highly competent and friendly management team.

As a renter, you tend to expect the bare minimum from property managers, but my experience with Gordon property over the last 5 years has been wonderful! They are so quick with maintenance requests (often sending someone over in the same day as my request), great with communication, their portal/app is super easy to use, and they even send us information about what to do when there is inclement weather expected. Above and beyond! Just want to leave this review because I'd love to see more property managers at this level of taking care of their renters.
