We booked this restaurant for Christmas evening as we have been at a few other Gordon Ramsey restaurants in London were we lived. Our experience in the others were great,we had high expectations of this one in Kansas. This particular restaurant is inside the Harrah's Casino Hotel and a short drive outside of Kansas. On first impression its not as fancy as we had expected, whilst we were dressed up others were in pj's, casual jeans and t-shirts. You have to walk through the hotel which is basic, slightly different from what we were expecting. The restaurant itself is next to the Casino slots and the smell of smoke was overwhelming. Our overall impression of the restaurant was not great, it felt like a bbq place and lacking the higher end feel we have become used too with Gordon Ramsey restaurants. Our table was in the back area, dark and dim lighting and had a feeling of being like a forgotten room at the back of a function room. To say we were shocked is an over statement. The staff were nice, friendly and helpful. The food was nice but not fantastic like we have been used to. My husband had the special menu for the night with what was described as Gordon's amazing Beef Wellington, sadly it was over cooked and dry. My husband was so disappointed. The rest of our family had steaks, all nice but the upgrade to one of the stakes was a Lobster Tail which was tiny, it looked more like a large Florida shrimp, very disappointed with that. Our overall impression was about 5/10 and at $250 a head we thought way overpriced. We left disappointed as it was a special treat to our family who live in Kansas. We still can't get over that Gordon Ramsey has put his name to this kind of restaurant.

For a very long time I've been wanting to experience Ramsays food. I am definitely a pure foodie and appreciate a chefs view on their cuisine. To say the least, I am speechless. Tonight I had the best meal of my entire life. In a world where everything is processed, eating a 4 course meal with entirely fresh ingredients was other worldly. The wait staff was very friendly but never in your way, they were a great presence. If you ever have the cash for a royalty meal, go for it. You only live once. Thank you all for the amazing experience, and know it was so good, on my first bite of sticky toffee pudding it brought tears to my eyes.

We tried this restaurant for the first time today for my birthday. To start off our service was amazing, our waitress Mai was amazing! Very attentive, always came to check on us and explained everything thoroughly. We tried the tasting menu which consisted of some risotto, some heritage beets, beef Wellington and sticky toffee pudding. Everything was so amazing!!’ Except the beef Wellington, I’m no expert but I looked up pictures of what medium rare was and ours was not it, I called over a sever and was told it was medium rare, I ate 2 bites and then it was cold in the center. I could not eat anymore. They did give us 30$ off our bill, but after spending 350$ we just do not feel like that was adequate when the mail course of our meal was inedible other then the couple bites we initially cooked until we knew it was to under for us. After comparing ours to even other photos in reviews here it seems to not be cooked to properly either. Everything else was 10/10.

Best dining experience of my life. I am a true foodie and a Gordon’s fan. I been wanting to visit for a few years but due to living in the Omaha area(3) hours away keep over thinking it ! I am sooo glad I made the trip. From the entrance, the greetings, the atmosphere, to the waitress (Jaclyn who was absolutely so very sweet and attentive) our visit was exceptional. We have no complaints just good experiences and reasons to come back. The food was the best tasting food we have ever tried. Also the portions were good sizes and we were stuffed by the end of our meals. We did the tasting menu. We have dined in fine dining restaurants a good amounts and by far the FLAVORS and Perfection of the dishes was the best. If you’re thinking about dining here I recommend it 100%. We are definitely coming back ! Jaclyn YOU ROCK 🤘🏼

We were delighted to eat here again. Our serving team included Sampson who was knowledgeable, helpful and patient. He explained the menu in detail for us. We had the best waygu rib cap, shrimp cocktail and accompaniments. The quail eggs were the highlight. Dessert was perfectly presented. Thank you to all for the wonderful birthday meal.
