The staff really knows their stuff and takes the time to answer questions without making you feel rushed. Last week I brought in my mountain bike with a shifting issue I couldn't figure out and they had it diagnosed and fixed within an hour. What I appreciate most is their honesty! Highly recommend!

Had a great experience at Gotta Ride Bikes. The staff was super helpful! I think the guy who helped me was named Rob and he took the time to really educate me about bikes. I’m a beginner and walked out with way more knowledge than I expected. They even let me try out one of the models around the parking lot, which was awesome. I went in thinking I knew a decent amount about bikes… turns out there’s a whole world I had no idea about. No pressure, just honest advice and passion for what they do. I’ll definitely be going back to purchase my bike from them. Highly recommend.

Oscar and his team were amazing at troubleshooting and quickly fixing an adult tricycle for our autistic son. He was extremely patient with my son, communicated so well and went above and beyond to test it out and let my son test it out in the parking lot following the repair. He gave us some great safety and bike maintenance pointers as well! We’ll definitely be back or use their mobile bike repair service “On The Go Bikes” as well. Thanks Oscar!

This is a world-class bike shop in a small footprint!.. I've been very impressed with the leadership and management of the group all the way down to the guys working late on a Saturday night. Isaiah and Alfredo we're awesome to work with, definitely ask for them!
