Beautiful floors and an amazing experience! As a designer, I’m very particular about the trades I work with—even more so when it’s on my own home. Richard and his team were amazing! They are truly a family business and feel very genuine. They were easy to work with and very efficient. We had our living room and bedroom remodeled from carpet to luxury vinyl. All the finishes are very well done. The project took 2 days (about 12 hrs total) even with leveling the concrete. They have competitive pricing with great quality floors and installation. The floors are so beautiful and we would 1000% use Pride Floors again if we ever decide to remodel our other bedrooms. I had scheduled to have the carpet replaced in my bedroom and thought my appointment was on Tuesday. When I messaged to confirm the arrival time, I realized it was actually scheduled for Thursday. Richard went above and beyond to accommodate me and arranged for his team to come out two days earlier. Their workmanship was outstanding, and the carpet looks fantastic. The level of customer service and commitment to making things work for me was truly impressive. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, customer-focused service.

We hired Pride floors to rehab a tub area in our home. They did a great job and their contractors were professional, cleaned up as they worked, and courteous. Including one 'before' picture, several 'during' photos, and the rest are 'after' pictures when Pride completed the work. Ripped out tub/tile/hardware. Installed new taller tub, new hardware, handrails (that look like accents), tile, and shampoo inserts (one horizontal in tub wall, the other vertical at back of tub). We noticed how they framed the walls securely to anchor the grab bars and for the inserts. Wished we'd had them install a light above the tub but didn't think of it until later (when we saw the tub area header and shower curtains made it a little darker in the tub area.) We installed two led motion lights and they brighten up the area nicely and provide plenty of light when tub area is in use but shut off automatically when not in use. We are very happy with the job Pride Flooring did. They aren't the cheapest on their bids or fasted, but their work is solid and exceptional. We know if we have future remodeling or flooring work, we will definitely contact them.
