Ive tried several times to cancel my service. Everytime I call the new customer line is open but current customer line is closed. How does this make sense? It says its open between 8am7pm eastern time and i always get the recording to call back during those times. You'll take someones money as fast as you can, but when someone wants to cancel, oh no sorry we arent open but if your new we're open!! I also constantly hear "someone will contact you" no one ever contacts me. I want to cancel because it's not taking care of the problems I need it to. I still have gigantic spiders coming in and it doesn't work at all for stink bugs. I kept my contract time and it's month to month and all I want to do is cancel and I can't. Im about to stop and block all your payments. Youre forcing me to pay for a service ive been repeatedly calling to cancel. This is ridiculous and it's extortion.

Thomas does a great job. Very polite and professional. He’s informative and clear as he assesses the current situation and explains next steps. He even brought my empty trash bin back up from the street to my garage door. Above and beyond service!

Fantastic customer service. The phone representative on the initial call was very informative explaining the whole process. He went into great detail explaining how everything would go. The how the when and there why if the whole situation. Paul, the tech who came out was very friendly and was super helpful in explaining the process. He even sent me pictures of the stations before and then the locations they were placed outside of my home!

Thomas was a good communicator, texting me to say he was on his way. I could not be there, but he treated the house and informed me when he was finished. They are always thorough when they treat the house. We have not noticed pests indoors at all and are happy with this service. I always have a good experience with your customer service reps as well. Well-run business!
