I've attended classes for a few weeks as a member and know some of the teachers well outside the studio. They also offer engaging community events as well, however some of their teachers lack experience and there isn't much depth in some of the classes.

Holly's Katonah style classes are AMAZING! She is playful and fun while challenging you. A must for someone looking for an intentional movement experience that will leave you feeling more spacious. Adore Holly! The space is plant filled and urban. Many near by restaurants and coffeeshops.

The energy in the space is beautiful, peaceful, and intentional. The loving and welcoming energy of Phong and all of the teachers is also something really powerful. The classes I have attended offer me challenging physical practices but also time for reflection. The teachers are authentic and offer a safe space to move at the pace that feels good and works for my body. I love the Yoga philosophy that is woven into each class - and how each teacher can sequence and guide in such a strong and genuine way. I would highly recommend this spot!

My experience was INCREDIBLE!!! Maria is such a beautiful soul with a natural gift at leading her class. Yoga Flow was a perfect blend of grounding, strengthening, meditative and restorative. I felt so welcomed and peaceful at my first class at Greenway, and wish I wasn't moving out of Minneapolis so I could keep coming back!!

Beautiful space with a beautiful teacher! I appreciate how authentic and genuine the environment is. Unlike the corporate run yoga chains Greenway Yoga focuses on the holistic benefits yoga as an ancient practice provides. They do an amazing job of creating a space that feels welcoming to people from all backgrounds.
