My daughter and I enjoy going to Sunna for Pilates and yoga. I appreciate the variety of classes, the knowledgeable instructors, and the welcoming staff. I especially like the reformer classes with Berit. The space is well-designed, bright and in a good location. It's one of my favorite places to workout in Northeast Minneapolis.

Lovely place! I've been getting in to pilates and the Reformer 1 class was a good workout for somebody still learning. Paige was a great instructor. Lots of street parking for early weekend classes, but I could see extra time for parking being required later in the day or weekend evenings.

Each time I visit Sunna my mind is less heavy, my body more restored, and heart deeply grateful. The teachers are exceptional skill-wise but their healing- and community-focused practice shines. Through highs and lows, I’ll always have a class that meets my needs.

I just recently moved to Minneapolis and was hoping to find a centering studio to continue my mindfulness and physical/yogic practices. Sunna came highly recommended by someone I respect and my expectations were well surpassed. The studio feels warm and inviting but there is enough space to express yourself and feel independent. With a wide variety of class offerings and community events, Sunna can always help me fill my cup!
