Brit always brings the best energy! She will keep you motivated, moving, smiling, and laughing the whole time. I love her classes because of her happy energy, and I always feel stronger and happier after. Best sweat session in town! She has built the most loving and supportive community I've ever experienced at a fitness studio, and if you're thinking about giving any of their classes a try, don't be shy and show up. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, you won't regret it.
Grit is by far the best gym in Dallas. The community is incredible and the classes are so fun and challenging. Everyone is so welcoming and the staff members know members by name. If you are looking for an amazing community in Dallas, I highly recommend checking out Grit Fitness!
Omg, best gym in Dallas! I happened across Grit from ClassPass about 1.5 years ago, and have now been obsessed ever since! Not only are the instructors & classes excellent & motivating, but it's more than a gym. Grit is about camaraderie, friendship, support, & empowering other women. Brit started this concept for these reasons, and I believe those are what make this place so special AND successful. SMU location is a bit smaller than the Design District location, but more convenient and offers enough formats to keep up the variety in your workouts!
I have been a Grit Fitness member for almost six years now and somehow my love for this place keeps growing. There's a huge variety of classes that Grit offers and they’re always experimenting with new fun ways to work out. The instructors here are top notch and the fellow members are motivating and supportive. I started out just looking for somewhere to get a good workout, but it has grown to so much more than that. At Grit I have found a supportive community that pushes me to be my best self, cultivates things I’m interested in, and introduces me to life long friends. I'm so grateful to have Grit in my life!
