We tried two other groomers before we found Grooming By Kim. They did a fantastic job of grooming our dog and he was able to “hang out” until I picked him up. Well done!
Kim was absolutely amazing and did such a wonderful job. This was our first time ever taking our puppy to Kim, and we were honestly pretty nervous since it was his very first grooming session and he has a very anxious personality. From the moment we dropped him off, Kim made us feel completely at ease. She took incredible care of him and made sure he was comfortable the entire time. She was so gentle and patient, especially when introducing him to all the new and scary noises. She took things slowly and thoughtfully so he could experience everything without feeling overwhelmed or traumatized, which meant so much to us as first time puppy parents. We booked a full grooming session with a haircut and nail trim, and when we picked him up, he looked even better than when we dropped him off. He was clean, happy, and clearly well cared for. You could tell he was treated with so much kindness and attention. We are beyond grateful to have found Kim and will absolutely be returning. If you are looking for someone who truly cares about your pet and treats them like their own, Kim is the best choice. 🐾
We recently switched to Kim and we couldn’t be happier! She is amazing! Our standard poodles come out looking like show dogs and are the softest they have ever been and they stay fluffy!!! Louie and Quincy thank you for making them look so handsome!!!
I haven’t even picked up my dog yet and I already love this groomer! My dog has grooming anxiety and Kim has sent me photos / videos of my dog during their session! I’ve never had this type of treatment from a groomer before. ❤️ my dog is in good hands, thank you!!
Our pups are both rescues and a wee bit skittish. Kim and her team did an awesome job welcoming them and treating them like they were their own pups. Great experience and excellent grooming. Ferris and Fiona will definitely be repeat customers.
