Had a very positive experience with Hadwen's today. Called for a quote for my Audi.From the helpful reception to Brandt checking out the damage and with his deft and professional ability put the damaged section of the mudguard trim back into place and I was on my way. Brandt did not want payment and all I can say is thank you very much to all at Hadwen's. Customer service excellence . I will certainly recommend Hadwen's.

Took my lancer in for a damaged bonnet and front bar, I was taken care of immediately and they wasted no time to get the quote done and organising a time for repair. Hadwen’s stuck to their word with their communication and my car was finished exactly when they said it would be finished. The final job looked better than before my car was damaged, the colour match was indistinguishable to the original paint, the parts were exactly the same, and then they detailed my car fully and made it look brand new when I collected it. Would absolutely recommend Hadwen’s to other people and I would definitely be returning 😁

I Was recommended to go to Hadwens as a Lexus preferred repairer for my 2021 LX570. It took over 6 weeks from the accident to when Hadwens could fit the car in to be repaired. Upon completing the repair there was runs in the paint, the front bumper was miss-aligned and the colour match on the bumper was completely different to the rest of the car. Hadwens accepted the problems and took the car back to address however had to wait another 2 weeks to fit it in for repairs. The paint runs were fixed however the colour is still completely different to the car as per attached photos. When i questioned it the head painter told me i should be happy enough with the job as all panels on cars are different colours and the industry does not blend panels anymore. Also found one of the fog lights that was damaged in the repair was not fixed or replaced. Was basically fobbed off told that's the best you are going to get. They never responded to email advising them of how unhappy I was with the colour.
