A wonderful man at Jax Bowen Hills helped me out today even though I hadn’t called ahead about my flat tyre and had no idea what I was doing. But within an hour my car had two new tyres for a really great price. My Dad even said that man really looked after me today. Thank you! Highly recommend.

Today I needed an urgent tyre repair. Quick call to Jax & Jordan fitted me in that day. They fixed the issue and didn’t even charge me. How good is that? No wonder I’m a loyal customer for over 20 years at many of the Jax Stores, around Australia. Brilliant. Thankyou!

The owner is exceptionally passionate about his work and truly a pleasure to deal with. Before coming here, I had visited four different tyre shops in search of a new front-left Pirelli tyre. All of them had stock issues and told me it would take up to a month to source one, none of them even bothered to properly inspect the car. When I visited this shop instead, they managed to get the tyres the very next day and at a great price. The owner also performed a thorough inspection of all four tyres, discovering a outer crack in the other front tyre that I wasn’t aware of, as both front tyres were heavily worn on the inside. He also pointed out that the car needed a wheel alignment and even assured me that if he was wrong, I wouldn’t have to pay for it. On top of that, he recommended the correct type of tyres for my vehicle. I previously had runflats fitted, and he clearly explained that they weren’t suitable for my wheels as AMG cars are not designed for runflat tyres. After the new tyres and alignment, the car, already great to drive, felt somehow quicker and the steering was much lighter. This level of expertise, integrity, and genuine care is rare. The owner is truly a legend. If I could give six stars, I would. Some people are just in it for the money, but this man takes real pride in his work and has an impressive depth of knowledge and passion.
