I'm from Sydney, I went to Canberra to attend an event in December 2025. I was squeezed in last minute by Hair Avenue, which was amazing. I got a great hair cut/style and a great coffee and my hairdresser was amazing. More importantly I needed to get to get to my hotel in time to attend my event. My Uber didn't turn up. The owner ordered me another Uber for me and paid for it. I got to my event in time, which was my son's graduation dinner. I will be forever grateful to Hair Avenue and the owner and staff for my fantastic hair style and for helping me, without gaining any benefit. I cannot recommend this salon enough. From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely cared for — not just another appointment on a list. The whole team is warm, professional, and so talented. They actually listen to what you want and then somehow make it look even better than you imagined. My stylist worked absolute magic on my hair. The colour is flawless, the cut is perfect, and the styling… I left feeling like I should be walking a runway. They were so gentle and meticulous, and talked me through every step so I knew exactly what they were doing. You can tell they truly love what they do. The salon itself is beautiful — clean, welcoming, and relaxing — and they use high-quality products that make your hair feel healthier instantly. I genuinely walked out feeling like the best version of myself. If you’re thinking about booking, do it. This salon is the definition of consistent quality, kindness, and talent. I felt very comfortable with my hair appointment today. Many other salons haven't made me feel that way. Kelly was so knowledgeable, took the time to find out exactly what I wanted and gave me advice about the type of hair I have and what works for me. I highly recommend and I look forward to coming in for my next cut and treatment/colour.
