First time I have been was recommended by a friend. Went to Kyla for a cut and colour and she was amazing. Friendly easy to chat away to, she done my colour and cut and I have to say I am over the moon with it. I will definitely be returning to her. Highly recommend

First time at Hair Ritz and defo won’t be the last. Had my hair put up by Chloe yesterday and absolutely loved it! She was fab at putting me at ease (nervous customer due to scalp psoriasis) and was so kind. I skipped out of the salon buzzing with my up do which stayed up perfectly all evening. Can’t recommend Chloe enough she’s an asset to the salon!

Wonderful Receptionist!! Sorry I can’t remember your name, who wouldn’t take a tip from me and the gorgeous Aimee who dyed my hair and was so sweet my hair turned out lovely and she showed me the big book of colours to choose from. She also sold me the NC ROOT ACTIVATING SERUM and I can’t wait to try it! Then the lovely Lillyanna who was so polite and made me very comfortable on your chairs throughout! I’m not going back to Hair Ritz on the Woodstock Road I’m afraid you guys are stuck with me!!! Your salon is awesome!!

Last minute appointment. Receptionist very kindly fitted me in with Iris. Salon busy but staff very friendly and nice atmosphere. Love my highlights. Massage chair an added treat. First visit and definitely won’t be my last.
