Very unprofessional experience. I scheduled a service and received no meaningful communication until after 7pm—well after I had already planned my day around it. Fortunately, no payment was taken, but the disorganization and lack of accountability were frustrating. To make matters worse, the location appears to be closed, with no visible signage or indication of an active business. If they are no longer operating, they should take down their website and remove their listing from Google. Leaving this review to help others avoid the same mistake I made.

My husband and I had a couples massage for Valentine's Day. It was perfect! Both of our masseuses told us they each had over 30 years experience in massage. My masseuse used to travel with the Grizzlies as their official therapist and my husband's masseuse has worked extensively in touch therapy for children's hospital patients. Needless to say, we each got very different massages. I was a little worried that after massaging huge elite athletes, that it would be too much of a sports massage for me,but it was perfect. He found every little knot in my muscles and worked them out gently enough that I was never in any pain. I was totally relaxed afterwards. My husband had more of a light Swedish massage and enjoyed it completely. Highly recommend Harbor Town Day Spa! They are great folks with a lot of experience.

Had a reservation set for my birthday on 1/29/25 my wife made these reservation 2 days ahead of time and for them to cancel it on the day we were supposed to go for no reason or explanation at all is ridiculous and for that I give them a bad review. DON'T GO THERE IF YOU HAVE SOMETHING SPECIAL PLANNED THEY MIGHT CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION AND LEAVE YOU SCAMBLING TO FIND ANOTHER PLACE IN THE LAST MINUTE

Absolutely amazing💞. I have had massages before from other places, and I felt like they were just simply rubbing my back, but THIS PLACE is so intentional and thorough on focusing on the “problem areas”, which in my case was the million trigger points in my traps🫣. I just left and feel amazing. My massage therapist provided great advice following the visit to maintain better extensibility that I plan to follow! I will be back for sure!!! 😍

My wife and I went for a couples massage and it was an incredible overall experience. The staff was very professional and attentive to detail to provide a great customer experience. They were great about addressing any and all of our requests, not to mention the price is a great value. We will be returning!
