Margaret did a great job today with the 90 minute massage. It was very relaxing and she used just the right amount of pressure. She really knows what she is doing.

I booked an appointment for 9 AM, and even after checking in, and sitting in the lobby for 20 minutes, I still had to inform the receptionist, Kate, that the massage therapist never collected me to start the massage. You would think that a business that is virtually empty most of the time, specifically in the morning, would have employees that were intelligent enough to exercise even the smallest modicum of problem-solving skills. Not only did I never get the massage, but I also wasted my time driving from Southaven. Positively infuriating.

Tiffany and the staff is simply Phenomenal! They went over and above making sure I had an amazing experience. Mrs. Margaret's hands are the best!!! I'm sure everyone who comes to the Union location will say their therapist is the best as well! Mrs. Margaret is special to me because she shares the same name as my mother. So make your appointment to go and see them. I promise you won't be disappointed ✝️💜✝️ And they have a special going on too!!! Who doesn't like a good deal!!! 💜
