My experience with Harby Jewelers was exceptional from start to finish. I had a vision for a custom engagement ring and been trying to create it with an another local shop, but we were very discouraged by experienced high pressure sales tactics, lack of pricing transparency, limited selection of stones, etc. The positive difference at Harby Jewelers was noticeable from the very moment I stepped in the door. Brad was so easy to work with - friendly and comfortable communication, efficiency, and pricing transparency with no high pressure sales tactics. He helped me narrow down my preferences regarding stone color, and sourced five different stones for me to choose from. We were able to make adjustments on CADs over text to create the perfect ring together. The entire process was seamless with no extra pressure, and the ring turned out so beautiful!!! I highly recommend Harby Jewelers and plan to return to support this local business again in the future. Thank you again Brad, I appreciate you!!!

Amazing customer service!!! I purchased an engagement ring/wedding band from this jeweler. I was able to speak to the owner every time I called and he handled my order personally. I was not local to the shop and found them online. They had a specific setting that I wanted. Hugh responded to me almost immediately with every request and built the ring she wanted. When she changed her mind (of course, lol), Hugh took the ring back, changed the band, re-mounted the diamond, and sent it back next day air at no cost to me whatsoever. I highly recommend this jeweler as their customer service and integrity are worth more than 5 stars. He did not try to oversell me on something he knew I couldn't afford and gave me various other options to consider at every step due to their extensive knowledge in their craft. I will definitely use them for my next engagement ring, lol. (

Huge thanks to Harby Jewelers and the patience of Hugh Harby. When I contacted Hugh, I had been been let down by multiple designers who either could not give me what I wanted or wanted to charge for each CAD change. Hugh never once complained about the questions I would ask or the changes I suggested as he understood the design was for me and my lady. He was quick to communicate and if he made a statement or promise he stood by it. By the time I found this store my deadline was tight and they were still able to deliver a rapid turn around on designing the ring, having it made, setting my Diamond and shipping the ring to me. My experience with Harby Jewelers was out of this world and I will recommend them to anyone I speak to. I drove from Savannah (~2.5 hours) to work with Hugh and could not be happier. My now fiancée loves her ring and could not be happier with the outcome of the design! If you are looking for a true class act that will be patient, willing to work with you and willing to provide additional information or education, Harby Jewelers is the place for you!
