Chris was delightful to work with. He took the time to understand our needs and went the extra mile to get our rings finished before our engagement anniversary. (BTW 57 year anniversary). The rings are beautiful and our experience was exceptional. Chris was warm, friendly, professional and has a great sense of humour.

I had a great experience at Harling's Jewellers in Vancouver. I reached out for a price check on a Benchmark ring and found their price was close to 1000 dollars lower than another shop in the city. That alone impressed me. Chris and Christian took great care of us while we sorted our wedding bands. Christian guided me through ring options, skin tone, finger size, and comfort. He knew what worked and explained everything in a simple way. The whole process felt smooth from start to finish. I left with rings I feel proud to wear and service that felt honest and helpful. Highly recommend Harlings!

Not happy with this place. I ordered a pendant online and after cleaning the silver with a regular silver cleaning cloth like I use on on my other silver Jewlery the black patina started flaking off. There's also a white residue all over the piece. After messaging them with the issues they didn't offer any solution to fixing it. They could have offered to have it shipped back fixed and sent back to me but instead they told me to bring it to my local Jewler. For the prices they are asking on this stuff the quality is not worth it. Will not be ordering again

Worker with Anthony on creating a custom made engagement ring and wedding band. Through out the process Anthony was very professional and personal throughout ever step. I highly recommend working with him if you have a chance. The final product blew both my wife and I away. Incredible is all I can say.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with this jewelry store in Vancouver. I had the pleasure of working with Peter, who I actually met on a trip to Seattle and I could not be happier I did. I knew next to nothing about jewellery and Peter helped my fiancee and I custom design an engagement ring that was truly perfect for her. He listened to every detail about what she liked and what she was worried about, and made the whole thing come together beautifully. In addition, Peter was very respectful of our budget and ultimately the ring came in under budget. The ring is nothing short of spectacular. My fiancée adores it and gets compliments on it constantly The entire process was honest, collaborative, and just felt special from start to finish. Peter’s genuine care and hospitality turned what could have been a stressful thing into one of the best parts of our engagement story. We love telling people about the process at Harling's and what personal service they deliver. If you’re even remotely thinking about getting a custom piece done, do yourself a favour and go see these guys.
